Major oops on the trail this week. Hit my swaybar disconnect (which reconnected the swaybar) when I hit my locker switch. Close enough to a flop to make me pucker.

Another amazing day on the rocks in Moab. Pre-ran Kane Creek Trail to mark the trail for the Jeep Safari. This past winter provided for a little more difficulty in places, which made for an awesome day.

A nice Sunday Drive out Potash Road outside of Moab. Stopped by Thelma and Louise Point for a few photos, and continued in to Canyonlands NP for a few miles. Beautiful drive to shake the cobwebs from my brain!

Scouting the Dome Plateau trail for the Jeep Safari. Day went from cloudy to sunny to snowing. The snow packed on the trail made for an interesting day. The dinosaur tracks were a pleasant surprise!

Another great day on the trail in Moab! Went to the same area as yesterday, but went farther north to see Tombstone Rock and Secret Spiral. Found a lot of trails that looks like nobody has been on in quite a while.

Finally back on the trail in Moab! Scouting trails for the upcoming Jeep Safari. So glad to finally use 4WD for more than getting in and out of the driveway. Had a great day running Hell Roaring Rim and Pucker Pass (Long Canyon Road). The residual snow and ice made things interesting. Love how the red dirt matches my Jeep color!

Getting a little cabin fever here in Moab. Been 20ish for the high for the past month. Really need some rock time.

Embracing my first Moab snow.

Saw this wrapped JK on the road yesterday. Wonder if the milk bottle is a roof rack containing recovery gear, or maybe a stock of milk for the trail?

I am living a nomadic life - wandering the country with a full time job banging code and wheels under my house. Learning to live with less, but live every day bigger than the previous. I aspire to have flip-flop tan lines on my feet 12 months a year.
